Cesanese 100% - ancient Lazio vine grown on the lava lands of the Coresi hills. Low yields per hectare, selection of the grapes, careful vinification with a light aging in oak wood make it unique and exclusive. Wine with a strong personality, intense ruby ​​red color with balsamic scents.

• TECHNICAL SHEET: Red wine, classified IGT Lazio, from 100% Cesanese grapes. Alcohol degree 13.5%

• VINEYARDS: Located on the volcanic hills of the territory of Cori at an altitude of about 200-250 meters above sea level; clayey volcanic soil; row training system with about 4,000 vines per hectare, spurred cordon pruning; yield per hectare of 70-80 quintals. Harvest period 1-10 October.

• VINIFICATION: Perfectly ripe grapes; soft crushing and destemming; fermentation with the skins for about 8 days at a temperature of 24 ° C; malolactic yes; barriques and 50% in steel tanks for one year; aging in glass for 6 months.

• TASTING NOTES Ruby red color; intense aroma with notes of cherries in alcohol and balsamic hints, delicate harmonious flavor with elegant complexity. Excellent for the whole meal, it enhances the characteristics with dishes with a strong taste. Serve at 16-18 ° C. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
