Asparagus

Rich in water, low in fat, free of cholesterol, asparagus offers vitamins in abundance, A, C and vitamin E, a notable wealth of mineral salts, such as phosphorus, calcium and lots of potassium. Do not underestimate the diuretic properties, followed by the antioxidant ones, important for the needs of our body. Produced in small quantities, the asparagus is harvested in spring and processed within hours of harvesting. They go well with many dishes and are suitable for enhancing appetizers, aperitifs and side dishes.
