Spumante Brut, obtained from the pure vinification of Bellone, an ancient native grape variety that has always been cultivated on the lava hills of the Corese area. Twenty years of research and experimentation resulted in obtaining a sparkling wine of the highest quality and markedly pleasant.

• GENERAL DETAILS: Brut Charmant sparkling wine, 100% Bellone grape. Alcohol 11.5%

• VINEYARDS: Located on the lava hills of the Corese area at an altitude of about 200-250 meters above sea level; volcanic-clayey soil; row training system with about 3000-4000 plants per hectare; yield per hectare equal to 80-100 quintals; Harvest period last days of August.

• VINIFICATION: Grapes harvested in advance with high fixed acidity; fermentation in white for about 10 days at a temperature of 15 ° C; malolactic no; sparkling wine with the Charmat method for a period of at least 2 months; refinement in glass for 4 months.
