Wine of refined elegance that encloses the land of origin, takes its name from the mythical Dioscuri to whom the ancient temple of Castor and Pollux is dedicated, whose imposing remains enrich the archaeological heritage of Cori. Obtained from the vinification in purity of Bellone, a grape of ancient origin also known as grape bread for its thin and delicate skin. Low yields per hectare and careful vinification give rise to a fragrant and delicately fruity wine.

• TECHNICAL SHEET: White wine, classified Bellone IGT Lazio, from 100% Bellone grapes. Alcohol degree: 13%

• VINEYARDS: Located on the volcanic hills of the Corese area at an altitude of about 200-250 meters above sea level; volcanic-clayey soil; row training system with about 3,000-4,000 plants per hectare; yield per hectare of 80-100 quintals. Harvest period 10-15 September.

• VINIFICATION: Soft crushing and destemming; static decantation for 24 hours and subsequent cold fermentation at a temperature of 15 ° C for 10 days; permanence on the noble lees for 2 months; malolactic no; maturation in steel for 6 months; aging in glass for 6 months.

• TASTING NOTES: Brilliant straw yellow color, delicate fruity bouquet, yellow peach, hawthorn. Harmonious, young, lively, intense and persistent flavor. Fragrant, fresh flavor with mineral notes.
