Cream of Artichokes and Peppers

Our creams are born from freshly processed vegetables, the same ones we use for preservation in oil, with the sole addition of extra virgin olive oil and natural herbs and spices. Artichokes, black and green olives, aubergines, dried tomatoes, basil, mushrooms... our creams are all to be tasted, on canapés and bruschetta, or on pasta, for mouth-watering and very quick first courses. And why not try them to accompany boiled meat or fish?
