Dardano Rosso Lazio IGT

This wine comes from Nero Buono, Sangiovese and Merlot grapes, vines strongly linked to the tradition of the Lazio region. The grapes are strictly harvested only when they have reached the right degree of ripeness. After a long maceration, which helps to give the wine its particular color, they are softly pressed to keep their natural characteristics intact.
