Cut it

The best bunches of Arciprete grapes, just golden from the sun, are cut and left on the plant to dry in order to increase the concentration of sugars, aromas and extracts. In mid-November, the hand-picked grapes are only pressed, the must obtained ferments slowly and rests for 12 months in oak barrels.


Grape variety : White Arciprete (Bellone).

Plant density : 4000 vines per hectare.

Training system : espalier.

Harvest time : mid-November

Vinification: soft pressing and slow fermentation.

Refinement : in barriques for 12 months.

Organoleptic Characteristics : deep golden yellow colour, ample and elegant bouquet with hints of apricot, peach, candied fruit, sweet, persuasive flavour, with character and note of toasted hazelnuts and bitter oranges.
