Plant density: 4500 plants per hectare and a production of 1.5 kg of grapes per plant.
Vinification: the grapes are harvested and vinified at a temperature of 25 °, the wine is aged in 50% new and 50% second passage barriques for at least 6 months and then 2 months in steel.
Organoleptic characteristics: intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Bouquet of black and red fruits with an excellent fusion of vanilla and spices.
