Vinification : Classic red vinification with frequent punching down and daily pumping over for about 15/20 days at a controlled temperature. This is followed by a period of aging on the noble lees for about 90 days. Bottling and bottle aging for 120 days follows.

Color : deep ruby ​​red

Nose : Elegant and fruity with notes of cherry and morello cherry in evidence.

Taste : On the palate it is rich and full-bodied, rightly tannic, but never aggressive. Excellent with grilled meats, game, aged cheeses and legume soups.
