Kius pas dosé is a classic method sparkling wine produced entirely from Nero Buono grapes selected at the origin. The microclimate, the biodiversity of the place and the sixty months of permanence on the lees make it a sparkling wine balanced between tradition and modernity.

Training system Espalier .

Harvest time First ten days of September.

Vinification Soft pressing of whole grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature.

Organoleptic Characteristics: Light yellow color with golden reflections. Complex, harmonious and balanced nose, subtle and elegant perlage.
