Fruity sparkling wine, obtained with a refermentation process in closed vats (Charmat method). It is particularly pleasant on the palate for its liveliness and pleasantness to drink. A whole meal wine, it is particularly suitable as an aperitif.

Perlage : fine and persistent

Bouquet : intense aromas of fresh fruit, with complex notes of sweet acacia flowers

Harvest period : last week of August

Vinification : soft pressing of the whole grapes

Primary fermentation : at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Second fermentation: 30 days

Method: Short Charmat

Aging : on the lees for 1 - 3 months

Color : pale straw yellow

Taste : in the mouth it is fresh and pleasant, elegant in the drink and intense. Very drinkable and pleasant sparkling wine
