Entirely Nero Buono di Cori and firmly anchored in its territory. Stateless only by derivation, for various reasons all consequent to the loss of a previous citizenship and the lack of the simultaneous acquisition of a new one. Stateless by name, but not by character.

Plant density : 4500 vines per hectare.

Training system : espalier.

Harvest time : October.

Vinification : maceration for about 15 days at a controlled temperature.

Refinement : in barriques for 24 months.

Organoleptic Characteristics : intense garnet red colour, complex, spicy, ethereal bouquet. Dry, full-bodied flavour, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
