This wine comes from ancient clones of Bellone, a vine of very remote origins and strongly rooted in the CORI area.

After careful selection, the best grapes, ripe, healthy and with golden bunches, are subjected to very soft pressing, once pressed we proceed to the separation between marc and must, which is cooled and decanted so that in no way is compromised its quality.

The product thus obtained is stored in steel and then, before being put on the market, it undergoes a refinement step in wood.

The time that elapses from production to drinking is never less than three years.
