From a small plot of land, from the heart of our first estate, COLLESANTI BELLONE is reborn. Crystalline color, outlined aromas of fruit and white flowers, marked minerality and intense flavor tell the story of a grape, the Bellone, a native vine that has always been cultivated in Cori. The type of soil, the exposure and the natural fermentation express the character of this wine.

DOC BELLONE CHOIRS

Grapes : Bellone 100%.

Plant density : 4500 vines per hectare.

Training system : espalier.

Harvest time : September.

Vinification : soft pressing of whole grapes and spontaneous fermentation at controlled temperature.

Refinement : steel.

Organoleptic Characteristics : crystalline colour, aromas of fruit and white flowers, intense and savory .
