Vineyard: espalier with simple guyot pruning.
Plant density: 5000 plants per hectare and a production of 1.5 kg of grapes per plant. Night harvest.
Vinification: at low temperature; the wine remains with the fermentation yeasts for 3 months at a low temperature in order to enhance its organoleptic characteristics.
Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections; the perfume is intense, non-aromatic with marked notes of fruits and yellow flowers.
Analytical data: Alcohol: 13% vol .; Total acidity: 5.1 gr / lt; Ph: 3.50; Sugar: 1,5 gr / Lt.
