It is said that in Cori, since ancient times, two varieties of Greco have been cultivated: the "Moro" and the "Giallo", belonging to the Greco Bianco family. Varieties that disappeared due to low productivity and difficulty in cultivation, which we, also supported by the skill and experience of the old farmers, have rediscovered, reproduced and cultivated. The dark green grapes of Greco "Moro" are harvested and selected in the early hours of the morning and cold macerated. The entire process bears witness to the perfect marriage between tradition and the ability to innovate.


Grape variety : 100% Greco Moro.

Plant density : 4500/5000 vines per hectare.

Training system : espalier.

Harvest time : September-October.

Vinification : soft pressing of whole grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature for about 12 days.

Refinement : In the bottle for about a year.

Organoleptic Characteristics : straw yellow color with greenish reflections, scent of peach, almond, vegetal notes of cut hay and fern, dry taste, full-bodied, harmonious, savory, a prelude to mineral notes.
