Vinification : Classic red vinification with frequent punching down and daily pumping over for about 15/20 days at a controlled temperature. This is followed by a period of aging on the noble lees for about 90 days.
Color : deep ruby red. Nose: the nose is broad with notes of ripe red fruit and light spicy notes.
Taste : rich and full-bodied on the palate with elegant tannins that lengthen the finish in the mouth. Excellent with grilled meats, game and aged cheeses.
