Itrana olives

The olive trees, around 10,000, represent the very roots of the history of the Agnoni company, immersed in an area that has made olive growing a centuries-old tradition. Here then is the most representative and prestigious of the local olives, the Itrana, immersed in brine, for the most classic of aperitifs. The giant green olives deserve the same attention, selected from Italian olive groves and appreciated for their extreme sweetness.
