Paiolana Malvasia Puntinata Lazio IGT

This wine comes from Malvasia Puntinata grapes, a vine strongly rooted in the Cori area. After a careful selection, the grapes with the best appearance, ripe, healthy and with golden clusters, are subjected to a very soft pressing, because, once pressed, the marc and the must are separated. The must thus obtained is cooled and decanted, so that its quality is in no way compromised. The low temperature fermentation enhances all the characteristics of this excellent product.
