Puntinata - wine obtained from the vinification in purity of the unmistakable Malvasia, a grape of ancient ancient origin from Lazio, also known as Malvasia Puntinata so called for the black dot that distinguishes the grapes in maturation. Straw yellow color, nose on the fruity register. Fresh and savory on the palate.

• TECHNICAL SHEET: White wine, classified IGT Lazio Bianco, from 100% Malvasia grapes. Alcohol degree 13%

• VINEYARDS: Located 200-250 meters above sea level on lava hills overlooking the Pontine coast, clayey volcanic soil. Spurred cordon and guyot training system, yield 80-90 quintals per hectare. Harvest period 10-20 September.

• VINIFICATION: Soft crushing and destemming; fermentation in white for about 8 days at a temperature of 16 ° C, no malolactic fermentation. Maturation in steel for 6 months and refining in glass for 6 months.

• TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow color with light golden reflections, delicately fruity scent, with hints of apple, citrus and yellow pulp fruit, notes of sage and bitter almond.
